The boat was captured at Maroor residential location which is some 9-KM West of the sea-port Town of Bosaso.
Puntland coast guards officer,Major Mohamed Mohamud Hassan’ told to the press that they are investigating where these weapons were heading to and asking the sailors on-board where they are from and their destination.
The sailors are believed to be Yemenis and embarked from the coasts of Yemen.

Puntland coast guards have today on Saturday seized a boat loaded with various ilegal weapons, including heavy and light guns, and as well as boxes of ammunition.
