Somali National News Agency "SONNA" and Pakistan Press International have on Friday signed an agreement over exchanging news, photos, and sharing experiences and information between the states.

Director of SONNA, Abdirahman Yusuf Sheikh and Director of Pakistan Press International, Owais Aslam Ali signed the contract at Haydar Aliyev Center in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan where the 5th News Agencies World Congress concluded.
In February, 2014, Somali National News Agency ‘SONNA’ and Ethiopian News Agency ‘ENA’ signed agreement in Addis Ababa, therefore.
Somali National News Agency and Anadolu Agency of Turkish signed agreement in June this year.
SONNA is very much interested in collaborating with news agencies across the world at moment.
